Hi everyone,
My name is Javier and I am very new to Matlab. Recently, I plotted a jpg image and then on top of it I used the contourf function to plot water depths. However, my contourf matrix has NaN values and these appeared as white cells. Is there a way to make these non-inundated cells transparent so I can see the underlying image? Any help or hint will be very much appreciated. Thank you so much,

Javier
