Bode plot from experimental time series data

 Hi all, I use system identification toolbox to obtain the transfer function of a system. I use a sine sweep with a frequency range from 0.01 hz to 10 hz and obtain a displacement measurement in time. I would like to compare the bode plot of the estimated transfer function with the bode plot (frequency response in magnitude and phase) obtained from the input-output (time series) data of my experiment.

Is there any one who knows how to obtain bode plot from time series data.
