Is it possible to make a pie chart with different patterns (or something similar to define each slice) rather than colour?

How about this example ?

x = repmat(1/60, 60, 1);
cmap = repmat([0 0 0; 1 1 1], 30, 1);
pie(x);
colormap(cmap);

Thanks for your reply. I there are 3 elements in my vector however and so alternate black-white doesn't work. I guess I could use grey scale but just wondered if there was any other option.
