The slope sign bug was efficiently corrected thanks to the valuable suggestions given by Holger Goerlitz and Joel E. Cohen. Yes, a negative slope are always negative!

Great function. Thank you!

I changed the first line from
function[Levenetest] = Levenetest(X,alpha)
into
function[F, df1, df2, P] = Levenetest(X,alpha)

and suppressed all displays and prints (lines 87, 107:114, 144:153)

such that I can run multiple levene tests and save the results of each.

I get NaNs as output when variables with zero variance are present. After removing those as x(:,find(var(x,1) == 0))=[] , everything works :)
