Hello,
I want to use some MATLAB figures in a document. MATLAB figures always have a white border around them. Is it possible to crop that border from inside MATLAB?

You can use imcrop() if you have an image.
croppedImage = imcrop(fullImage, [x, y, width, height]);
You can also use indexing:
croppedImage = fullImage(row1:row2, col1:col2, :);
If it's a binary image, you can use imclearborder().
