How to find values of 'a' and 'b' satisfying following eqaulity?

Following is an equation with two unknows 'a' and 'b'.
(20*(2627.82-a)^2+2*267.25*(2627.82-a)*(-37.15-b)+4677.69*(-37.15-b)^2)/(2*9244.59) = 3.55
I want all possible values of a and b satisfying this equality. This equation represents the boundary of an ellipse. How can I achieve it?
