How to find MAX,MIN pixel values in whole image by applying a median filter. for example , we have a median filter of size 3*3 then how can we determine the MAX and MIN pixel values within the window the help of coding.
i want to get the MAX and MIN values of whole image.. what will be the coding plz help.
