Digital image processing: fixing the face/smile

The above image is a pictorial representation of what I want for the input and output. Basically how would I rotate the eyes, nose mouth in MATLAB while keeping the other parts of the image static.
I know how to do this is Photoshop so I know the theoretical steps (aka selection tool and rotation) but I do not know which functions to use.
Also I have seen this question asked before (not related to faces though) and I don't believe it was ever answered.
