How do I fix a prismatic axes error on MATLAB R2009b?

I keep getting an error saying that the "coordinate systems attached to this joint must lie on the prismatic axis (for 1 axis) or in the plane of the prismatic axes(for 2 axes)". What exactly does this mean? I have tried changing the axis of action several times, but I cannot seem to figure out what it is looking for. I have two joints in my system if that affects anything.
