Direct blocks for modeling V-belts or Chain drives are not available in SimMechanics.
Such systems can be modeled by using the basic SimMechanics blocks or by interfacing with the Belt Drive block and the Chain Drive blocks from the SimDriveline library. An example of interfacing SimMechanics and SimDriveline models to use a Chain Drive block from the Couplings & Drive library of SimDriveline is attached ('simmechanics_simdriveline_chaindrive.slx')
